Pacific Public Health Surveillance Network  (Focus on Low-Income Countries)
PPHSN is a voluntary network of countries/territories and organisations for public health surveillance and response. It focuses on six epidemic communicable diseases: dengue, measles, influenza, leptospirosis, cholera, and typhoid. The site describes the organization's activities particularly the email listserv (PacNet), laboratory network (LabNet) and response network (EpiNet).  http://www.spc.int/phs/PPHSN/
