AIDSMAP  (Focus on Low-Income Countries)
AIDSMAP is a community based information site with extensive information on treatment. It includes a directory of HIV/AIDS organizations wordwide with contact details and descriptions. Global AIDS Learning and Evaluation Network (GALEN)  (Focus on Low-Income Countries)
GALEN is an online training course for physicians in the developing world. The course has 15 modules, with a focus on HIV care and treatment in low-resource settings. Registration is required but is free. Physicians who complete the course are awarded a certificate. This tutorial reviews the basics of the immune system response to the HIV infection. It also discusses the commonly used anti-retroviral drugs and their mode of action. WHO:  3by5 Initiative  (Focus on Low-Income Countries)
This site contains information on the 3by5 Initiative - the global target to get three million people living with HIV/AIDS in developing and transitional countries on antiretroviral treatment (ART) by the end of 2005. The initiative is a step towards the goal of providing universal access of HIV/AIDS prevention and treatment services for all who need them as a human right.
