Global AIDS Program (Focus on Low-Income Countries)
The site describes the activities of the Global AIDS Program
(GAP), which aims to prevent HIV infection, improve care and

Hope for African Children Initiative (Focus on Low-Income Countries)
This initiative is a community-based, pan-African effort
created to address the challenges faced by children who have
been orphaned by the AIDS pandemic or whose parents are sick
or dying of AIDS-related illnesses. Established in the summer
of 2000, this is a partnership of five non-governmental
organizations: CARE, Plan International, World Conference on
Religion and Peace, Save the Children, and the Society of
Women and AIDS in Africa. The site contains press releases
and full-text reports on the impact of AIDS on children in
Africa.

RATN is a Network of training institutions in the Eastern and
Southern Africa (ESA) region. The network produces a

obtaining support for participation in these workshops.
