Online Statistics: An Interactive Multimedia Course of Study
The site contains an introductory-level statistics book. The material is presented both as a standard textbook and as a multimedia presentation. The book features interactive demonstrations and simulations, case studies, and an analysis lab. It also can be downloaded with (132 Mb) or without multimedia (44Mb). The book was developed at Rice University, University of Houston, Clear Lake, and University of Houston, Downtown.

Statistics at Square One
The online version of the 9th edition is available for free from the BMJ website. This is an extensive and well known statistics textbook that is a useful resource for research projects with quantifiable data. T D V Swinscow is the original author with revisions by M J Campbell, University of Southampton. It was originally published in 1997.

UNICEF: Monitoring and Statistics (Focus on Low-Income Countries)
The site includes key statistical databases with detailed
country-specific information that was used for the end-decade
assessment titled "Progress since the World Summit for
Children - A Statistical Review". Data includes child
survival and health, child nutrition and maternal health.
Global and regional summary analyses and graphic
presentations of key results are included.
